Jesus Christ the Deliverer Church (JCTD) Vancouver is a Canadian outreach of JCTD Central, based in Bulacan, Philippines, under the leadership of Bishop Theodulo Malangen, the founder of JCTD. The Vancouver outreach is led by Pastor Norman Price, carrying the same heart and mission to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and Spirit. At JCTD Vancouver, we are a family of believers dedicated to making a difference through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
